Because your satisfaction is our main concern, this operation is offered to you by Fast-Tronic, and only requires a few quick steps. The refund period for an order or product(s) is 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

RMA* at Fast-Tronic, returns made easy and processed quickly !
Return the item free of charge within 30 days of receiving the parcel. If the item is a gift, notify customer service, indicating the date on which you are likely to exchange the item (however, only exchanges will be possible after the 30-day period has elapsed).
Return the item in the box in which it was sent to you or in an identical box (reinforced, same size) if the first has been damaged. Please note that supplier boxes are not suitable for transporting goods.
The product must not have been tested but only very carefully assembled. All technical data sheets and stickers must be present with the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Check your order history for the item in question (it must be less than 30 days old). You can exchange your product with another, opt for a credit note equivalent to the value of your product, or have it refunded.

Under a manufacturer's warranty, your product will be exchanged with a similar one or repaired if conditions allow!

RMA* (Return Merchandise Authorisation) procedure

1. You must create a support ticket here and enter your order number in the subject line.

2. We will then send you the pre-stamped return label via DHL to your e-mail address.

3. Print your DHL returns label.

4. Repack the parcel in perfect condition with the original packaging and stick your label on it.

5. Go to a DHL relay point or DHL centre with your parcel to send it.

6. On receipt of the return parcel by our logistics department, our customer service department will contact you to arrange an exchange, credit note or refund.
 • In the case of an exchange outside the European Union, the customs authorities may require you to pay duties and taxes again on receipt of your exchange.

• You must create an after-sales customer service support ticket with a statement clearly expressing your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal / product exchange / breakage on unpacking / an error on the product received and supporting photos, so that the RMA can be taken into account !

Please note: The After Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions of the RMA is not respected, in which case the parcel will be returned directly to you (*RMA -> Return Merchandise Authorisation)
