FST Kit vis haut moteur Racing Yamaha is specially designed for your V1, V2 and V3 engines in original or long-range racing!
The screws are no longer subject to the elongation deformation known to occur with original Yamaha screws.
The kit includes screws of a higher class than the original ones, for increased longevity when disassembling/reassembling, thus avoiding screw breakage and dimensional maintenance that could cause engine failure, such as coolant seepage or cylinder head gasket rupture.

The Racing bolt kit includes :
4 internal cylinder head bolts
4 Brass cylinder head washers
2 external cylinder head bolts
2 external safety washers

Corresponding screw lengths depending on your engine (may be subject to change):
FST Kit OV1V2 = original V1 & V2 (for original crankshaft stroke and connecting rod length)
FST Kit OV3 = original V3 VVA (for original crankshaft stroke and connecting rod length)
FST Kit FC4 = screw with 4mm shim (for Pro Street Fasstek crankshaft with 102mm connecting rod)
FST Kit FC6 = screw with 6mm shim (for Pro Street Fasstek crankshaft with 103mm connecting rod)
FST Kit FC7 = screw with 7mm shim (for Small Block 68 stroke crankshaft with 98mm connecting rod)
FST Kit FC13 = screw with 13mm shim (for Small Block 68 stroke crankshaft with 102mm connecting rod)
FST Kit FC14 = screw with 14mm shim (for crankshaft Small Block stroke 68 with connecting rod 103mm)
FST Kit FC19 = screw with 19mm shim (for Big Block 111 Fasstek crankshaft)
FST Kit FC23 = screw with 23mm shim (for Big Block 115 Fasstek crankshaft)
FST Kit FC25 = screw with 25mm shim (for Big Block 117 Fasstek crankshaft)

LAB Fast125 tips:
For those who do endurance racing, we recommend 1 stick Loctite 248 (see our website ref: Loc248-19G) to be applied to approximately 10 to 15mm of the thread depending on the screw.
We recommend using this FST screw kit for racing or Big Block engines in long races!
The tightening torques of the screws are identical to the original with 22Nm for the inside and 10Nm for the outside, and we recommend a first tightening phase with a value of 18Nm and 6Nm, then the final values.
